Beer Barter Banned!!!

   NewYork1 is a cable news channel in this quaint little metropolis I call home. It has many fine qualities that set it apart from the usual dross that typically characterizes local stations. For example, they always broadcast the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade in its entirety. There's also a cool feature called "On This Day in New York City History".
